Spass-Tagen Market – Sign Up Form

Rules/Regulations

  1. Vendor agrees to pay a non-refundable market vendor fee, to be included with signed contract.
  2. Non-profit organizations to provide ST3 showing non-profit status
  3. Spass-Tagen is a rain or shine event. The market is assembled outside. It is strongly encouraged that you provide your own tent/canopy.
  4. All tents or canopies must have a minimum of 20 lbs. of weight for each leg.
  5. Setup may begin at 8 a.m. Vehicles will not be allowed into the Market area after 9 a.m.
  6. Market hours are 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Later options available please notify us in advance.
  7. Vendor will be placed at a location which best fits Spass-Tagen as a whole. This will be decided by the Spass-Tagen Market Committee.
  8. Vendor is responsible for leaving their immediate area clean and removing all trash.
  9. Spass-Tagen Inc., City of St. Bonifacius and any other representing group of Spass-Tagen including all officers and employees shall not be held responsible for any damage or loss to equipment for any reason, including inclement weather.
  10. Spass-Tagen Inc., City of St. Bonifacius and any other representing group of Spass-Tagen including all officers and employees shall not be held responsible for theft or injury occurring prior, during, or after the Spass-Tagen 2024 event.
  11. Vendors including their business/farm agree to indemnify, demand and hold harmless Spass-Tagen Inc., City of St. Bonifacius and any other representing group of Spass-Tagen including all officers and employees against any claims for such injury, theft or damage.
  12. Spass-Tagen Inc. reserves the right to have items removed from a vendors booth to avoid overlap (you will be notified in advance).

Booth fees are: non-profit organization 10 x 10 booth: $20.00; 10 x 10 booth: $40.00; 10 x 20 booth: $65.00; 10 x 30 booth: $75.00
